The intention of this interactive workshop is to allow teachers to discover how NonViolent Communication can help them to:
- improve their capacity to navigate strong emotions by understanding themselves better
- provide the students with a safe emotional environment to maximize learning
- develop better empathetic listening skills towards students
- foster collaboration and trust amongst children
- deal with conflict effectively in the classroom
The workshop involves interactive and physical activities to work through real life situations, as well as printed material to support the learning.
