WHY PARTICIPATE?
Compassion is more than a feeling — it’s a way of being.
This workshop is an invitation to embody compassion in your daily life — to connect with yourself and others from a grounded, heart-centered presence.
Through movement, mindfulness, empathy practice, and deep exploration of needs, you’ll learn how to cultivate compassion not only as a concept, but as a living experience in your body.
We’ll explore how compassion can move through you — not as an effort to be “good” or “kind,” but as a natural response that flows when you are fully present.
Whether you are new to Compassionate Communication or have been practicing for years, this workshop will meet you where you are — offering a unique opportunity to learn from international NVC trainer Mironel de Wilde and CNVC certified trainer Myriam Verzat.
WHAT IS THIS WORK BASED ON?
The workshop is rooted in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a body of work developed by Marshall Rosenberg that combines the clarity of language with the depth of inner transformation.
It integrates NVC practices with somatic awareness, movement, and mindfulness — helping you embody the consciousness of compassion rather than just understand it intellectually.
WHAT IS THE INTENTION?
This workshop will help you:
Experience compassion as a bodily and emotional state, not just a concept
Bring more ease and warmth into your relationships
Transform painful emotions into learning and connection
Strengthen your capacity to stay present and open in the face of tension
Develop a deep sense of inner safety and self-trust
WHAT IS THE APPROACH?
The workshop will be highly experiential — a blend of teaching, reflection, movement, and practice.
After each concept is introduced, you’ll have the opportunity to apply it through exercises, role plays, and embodied practices.
Mironel and Myriam both bring creativity and warmth to their facilitation, weaving together movement, mindfulness, and NVC principles to create a safe, engaging, and deeply human learning space.
No prior experience with NVC or somatic work is necessary — all levels are welcome.
